We always strive to get your equipment back in tip-top shape, but sometimes a certain repair is not possible (anymore). What’s more, not all suppliers offer repair services.

How can you make use of this service?
- Drop by your nearest A.S.Adventure Store.
- One of our trained store employees will help you and give you an estimate for the repair.
- We will ensure your product ends up in the repair workshop as quickly as possible, and it will be looked after with care.
- Once your item has been repaired, we will mail you with the good news: your beloved gear is waiting for you in your A.S.Adventure Store. Ready for a new adventure!
Good to know: If you are not an Explore More member and you do not have a proof of purchase from A.S.Adventure, a one-time minimum fee of €25 will be charged, which will partly cover transportation and handling costs.
